Recently I was a Soul /TPG customer , and I must say that I had nothing but trouble spending most of the time on the phone with this company talking about accounts and bills that they could not get right the first three times. After three months I was speaking to one of my friends at work and he was saying that he had signed up with Internode so I though what the heck ill give it a go.
Once I filled out the online form for churning from Soul to Internode which took about ten to fifteen minutes and they guaranteed me that it would take two to three days, I must say that so far to date which has been two and a half days and the service is now up and running. Also I must add we didn’t have internet access for about half of  the last day which I must say has been bloody fantastic, apart from the half day without internet access the whole customer service has been fast and smooth, well done Internode keep up the good work.
